A 2-hour session (or series), often centered around a shared theme or mission
Examples: developing a grief-support workshop, designing a nature-based curriculum, building a storytelling project, or creating connection spaces for seniors navigating isolation or loneliness
Tools, prompts, or resources provided before or after each session
Optional follow-ups or between-session collaboration
