What Is The Mindful Mycelium?

I have walked through a lot, and I haven’t always felt like I had someone beside me when I needed it most. One of my earliest memories is of an earache that took second place to my mother’s visitor late one night. Maybe that’s why God was such an amazing concept to me as a child-because He was the one who never left.

At my very first church camp in third grade, I ran to the alter when I realized just how much I could be loved. That love became the anchor I would return to again and again. Looking back now, I see that in every trial, I wasn’t abandoned-I was being drawn closer to Him.

In 2025, I began the journey of ridding my body of an infection growing in a joint. What I thought would be one of my hardest years has instead become one of my best. The word that has pressed on my heart this season is testify.

These stories aren’t mine to keep, because the testimony isn’t mine.

It’s His.
